Is it at all possible for a couple of CCP Peeps to take out a couple cruisers/interceptors and test it ? Its quite ridiculous to have tons of war targets in bc/cruisers just warping past anything before you have a chance to lock

I've done quite a few ranssoms. If they pay, I always let them roll, and tell them to dock. If something happens and their ship gets poped, I send the isk back. Key is to be nice, and point out that its worth it due to mods + ship cost - insurance...
